My name is Marin, like Marin County.
I’m from Portland, OR where, amongst the sounds of rain & nature’s rich green, I learned that art exists everywhere. I now reside in the satured orange skies of Los Angeles, CA. Surrounded by a melting pot of creativity here, I operate as a Designer & Art Director working in advertising.
I believe in prophesying what’s next as much as I believe that bringing something special to fruition requires resiliency, a damn good attitude and a curiosity & keenness for new people, places, things & experiences.
For me, creative play looks like experimenting with color, designing for digital & print, conceptualizing ideas for brands, styling product & food into art and dabbling in the space of interiors.
Creative fuel often looks like my morning matcha ritual (non-negotiable), moving my body (& soul), sunset podcast strolls (therapy), a mezcal marg (& laughing) with new & old friends, or enjoying light-filled spaces that make me feel joy (!)
